Frontend Engineer Intern (Remote-Full time INF01)

As a Frontend Engineer Intern, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for our revolutionary platform. You will work directly with our design and product teams to translate sophisticated concepts into intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces. This is an opportunity to build components that make complex AI interactions feel simple and powerful, directly impacting how our users access and interpret knowledge.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform Figma mockups and prototypes into high-quality, responsive code.
Develop, test, and maintain user-facing features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility across a range of devices and browsers.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of high-quality engineering and constructive feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles. Familiarity with Next.js is a significant plus.
A keen eye for design and a passion for crafting beautiful, functional user interfaces. You care about the details.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
A proactive and curious mindset, with a strong desire to learn and tackle challenging problems in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, globally distributed team.

Backend Engineer Intern (Remote-Full time INB01)

As a Backend Engineer Intern, you will be the architect of the engine that powers our entire platform. You will work on the core services that handle data processing, AI model integration, and the complex logic behind our document synthesis capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a highly scalable, mission-critical system and solve foundational challenges at the intersection of data engineering and AI.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and backend services using Python and the Django framework.
Implement data models and business logic to support new features and platform enhancements.
Work on integrating our backend systems with various AI services, data sources, and third-party APIs.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code, and contribute to our suite of automated tests to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with frontend and AI teams to define requirements and deliver seamless, end-to-end functionality.

What We’re Looking For

Strong programming skills in Python and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience with a web framework like Django or Flask. Direct experience with Django is highly preferred.
Knowledge of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience writing efficient queries.
Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to reason about complex, distributed systems.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a remote-first, international team environment.

Data Science Intern (Remote-Full/Part time INDS01)

As a Generative AI Intern, you will be at the absolute core of our innovation engine. This is not a typical data science role; you will be working on the frontier of applied AI, designing and implementing the sophisticated, multi-agent systems that power our document synthesis platform. You will tackle complex challenges in context engineering, agentic reasoning, and reliable AI output, contributing directly to the intelligence and capability of our product. If you are passionate about building practical, state-of-the-art AI systems that solve real-world problems, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and optimize agentic pipelines for complex tasks like research, analysis, data extraction, and content generation.
Implement and experiment with advanced context engineering techniques (e.g., sophisticated RAG, context window management) to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.
Utilize agentic frameworks (such as LangGraph, Agno, Pydantic AI etc.) to create robust, predictable, and scalable AI workflows.
Evaluate the performance of different LLMs, prompting strategies, and agent architectures to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to integrate your AI systems into our production environment.

What We’re Looking For

A strong foundation in computer science (algorithms, data structures) and data science (statistics, machine learning principles).
Demonstrable knowledge of modern Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
A solid theoretical and practical understanding of what makes agentic AI systems work, including concepts like planning, reasoning, and tool use.
Hands-on experience with Python and its core data science/AI libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, transformers).
Strongly Preferred: Practical experience with agentic frameworks like Pydantic AI or similar.
An insatiable curiosity and a desire to stay on the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving field.
A systematic, research-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Business Analyst Intern (Remote-Full/Part time INBA01)

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will operate at the critical intersection of our product, our market, and our customers. This is a unique opportunity to not only shape our growth strategy but to do so by leveraging the very platform you are helping to build. You will use NexDoc AI to conduct deep market analysis, identify high-potential customer segments, and understand their core needs. You will then translate these insights into actionable strategies to generate leads, engage prospects, and drive our commercial success.

What You’ll Do

Market Analysis: Utilize the NexDoc AI platform and other research tools to analyze market trends, map competitive landscapes, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Customer Insights: Engage with potential customers to deeply understand their challenges, workflows, and strategic needs, providing critical feedback to our product and engineering teams.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads within our target markets (SMEs and Enterprises) who can benefit most from our platform.
Sales & Conversion: Communicate NexDoc AI’s value proposition clearly and compellingly, guiding prospects through the evaluation process and assisting in their conversion to customers.
